He also wears a grey scarf/cape around his neck that reaches down to just above his waist.

He is a nobleman with long hair of a characteristic shape and a refined appearance, overflowing with the spirit of chivalry and possessing an aristocratic manner that respects ladies. Perhaps because of his pride, he sometimes speaks and acts in a condescending manner, but he has no malice toward others.
