The RMS-006G Jenice Kai Slash Buffalo is a customized version of the RMS-006 Jenice, and has the same basic combat performance as its base model.

Customized by Wedoba Morte as her personal mobile suit, the Jenice Kai Slash Buffalo has an extended front skirt to protect its legs from damage as well as two large horns mounted to its head. The shoulder armor of the Slash Buffalo has also been thickened and added onto for added protection of the joints. Its torso maintains its configuration of fire linked twin machine cannons and vulcan guns.

In addition to its fixed armaments, the RMS-006G Jenice Kai Slash Buffalo is armed with a 100mm machine gun, as well as a machine cannon for ranged attacks. For close combat, the Slash Buffalo relies on a Heat Saber to defend itself and finish off its opponents.

The personal mobile suit of Wedoba Morte, she has it customized to suit her tastes as an independent mobile suit pilot. She pilots the RMS-006G Jenice Kai Slash Buffalo after Garrod Ran in an effort to capture the GX-9900 Gundam X, only to be ambushed by other Vulture groups intent on the same thing. The Slash Buffalo is damaged and has its cockpit destroyed, killing Wedoba in the process, and is then claimed as salvage by the other Vultures on April 0015 AW.
