A mobile suit belonging to the Neo Japan Colony Army. It is a battle mobile suit like the Busshi. However, it is more versatile than the Busshi, which is designed for support, and can fight on even terms with the Death Army, but unlike the Mobile Fighter, it is not designed to defeat opponents with physical techniques, so it is difficult to fill the overwhelming power gap.

The Nobusshi would be deployed to combat the Death Army, that were invading Tokyo in F.C. 60. However, due to the dire situation, some of the units would often act on their own. Many were wiped out, and the remaining few operated under the command of Master Asia. The surviving Nobusshis carried out several attacks in conjunction with Master Asia's GF13-001NH Kowloon Gundam and Domon Kasshu's GF13-017NJ Shining Gundam.
