An unmanned mobile suit developed by Neo England at the same time as the John Bull Gundam. In a group it acts as support to Neo England's GF Gentle Chapman, who is in tatters in body and mind due to drug abuse, without his knowledge. They are remotely operated by Chapman's wife, Manon Chapman, via a control system in the basement of their mansion.

It has no armaments other than a beam rifle, and at first glance resembles a Gundam-type in appearance, but the head sensor is a mono-eye. The performance difference compared to mobile fighters is obvious. Therefore, rather than fighting head-on, it adopts a method of long-range attacks from behind objects.

Acting as a group in the artificial fog created by a spray device operated by Manon, they ambushed Domon Kasshu's Shining Gundam during his match against the John Bull Gundam, but were easily defeated.
