This modified ORX-005 Gaplant was piloted by Ingrid 0, also known as "Johnny Ridden," an ace pilot of the Zeon military. She went missing in action during the Battle of A Baoa Qu, which took place near the end of the One Year War.

The Gaplant was a transformable MA that succeeded the Earth Federation Forces' Asshimar. In order to keep up with the ever-expanding front lines due to advances in MS mobility, it was granted the ability of flight under gravity conditions. The exceptional mobility provided by movable shield binders on its arms also caused excessive physical strain for the pilot. Because of this, prototype pilots were limited to those specifically capable of withstanding G-force, or Cyber Newtypes. This unit features larger movable shield binders than those of other Gaplant models, and by connecting both binders, a dedicated mechanism allows them to function as a Beam Mega Cannon.

Despite her appearance as a young girl, Ingrid 0 exhibited exceptional piloting skills and physical resilience, engaging in a dogfight with the restored FF-X7BstPLAN004 Core Booster Plan004.
