Appears in "MSV-R." This is the suit piloted by Captain Anavel Gato, who would later become feared by the Federation Forces as the "Nightmare of Solomon." It is painted in his personal colors of blue, green, and white. The elbow shape is the same as that of a standard Zaku II, but it is not equipped with a blade antenna. In actual combat, its main weapon was a Zaku machine gun.

Appears in "Mobile Suit Gundam MSV-R: Universal Century Hero Legend: Shin Matsunaga of the Rainbow" and Masato Natsumoto's manga "Mobile Suit Gundam 0083 REBELLION." In the latter, it single-handedly forces three GM Customs from the Invulnerable 4th Platoon, which have superior performance, to retreat.
