A first-year student at Sankai High School. Born on July 24th. 171cm tall. Blood type: O. An only child with no siblings. Favorite foods: ramen, curry, and hamburger steak. Least favorite: green peppers. Hobby: gaming. Motto: "Charge headlong."

He's a problem child who usually has poor grades, is often late, and eats his lunch early,[Note 5] but he's also a passionate person with a strong sense of justice. His catchphrase is "This is youth!"

He often takes risky actions, but his boldness helps him overcome challenges. He often asks those around him for loans, but because he's known for his lack of planning, only Maria and Yoku have ever lent him money. Even when he has money, he spends it quickly. He bikes to school. It's revealed in the spring edition of the radio drama that the reason En, a problem child, is in the same high school as honor students like Kai and Yoku is because he received high marks in his interviews.

At first glance, he seems troubled, but in the winter edition of the radio drama, it is revealed that when he went to a fireworks festival as an elementary school student, he was surrounded by delinquent middle schoolers and beaten up, and all of his generous pocket money was taken away (and he even lost his shoes during the fight). He is still haunted by what happened back then, and even during his entrance exam interview, he spoke of his goals as a result of that experience, and has developed a strong sense of justice.
