Silvarion is formed from the Silver Combination of Jet Silver, Star Silver and Drill Silver. He can then combine with Fire Silver to form God Silvarion.

Silvarion is formed from the combination of the first 3 Silver Knights, with Jet Silver forming most of the abdomen, Star Silver combining on top of Jet Silver forming Silvarion's arms and head while Drill Silver forms the waist and legs section.

The Silver Knights originally cannot recall their ability to combine after being summoned by the boys, even after witnessing Goldran combining. It is not until Walter Walzac threw a paper plane from his battleship towards the team detailing the combination in order to have the Braves free him from his unpleasant encounter with Sharanla Sheathluh, that Silvarion was finally formed as the Knights regained their memory. Silvarion then swiftly destroyed the assaulting battleship that was being remotely controlled by Colonel Sangross (unfortunately for Walter, it wasn't enough for him to escape from his self-clamed fiancée Sharanla).
