Leon Kaiser is formed from the Beast King Combination of Leon and Kaiser of the Legendra Braves. He can then combine with Sky Goldran to form Great Goldran. Leon Kaiser can presumably combine with Sorakage to form Sky Leon Kaiser, but so far this has only been seen in the DX toy.

Leon Kaiser is formed when the missile pods within Kaiser's chest detaches and rearranged on the sides of Leon Kaiser's would-be legs, followed by Kaiser standing up into a humanoid form with Leon transforming and combining into Kaiser's chest in a manner similar to Goldran's combination sequence.

Leon Kaiser was first formed to defeat Serious Walzac's Nova robot that defeated the other Brave robots in combat, successfully defeating it with ease.
