Thunder Baron is the 5-Unit Combination of the Baron Team (Ace Baron,Road Baron, Drill Baron, Aqua Baron and Sky Baron).

A powered-up form of the Baron Team when bigger enemies are encountered. Ace Baron forms the head, torso and upper legs, Road and Drill Baron form the right and left arms, and Aqua and Sky Baron form the lower right and left legs. He can also transforms into the Thunder Jet for fast travel (Ace Baron at the center , Drill Baron on the front, Road Baron on top, Aqua and Sky Baron on the laterals).

Thunder Baron first made his debut in episode 2 of The Brave Fighter of Sun Fighbird during Dr. Jango's plan to assassinate the world leaders in a summit, assisting in defeating Dr. Jango's monster.Brave Toyline.
