A knight who rose up against Genesis Army OZ World. Piloting the Ghost Machine Soldier, Death Scyther, he appeared as reinforcements for the Britis Kingdom. Formerly a Grim Reaper, he accidentally killed Duo's father during an attack, regretting his actions and deciding to raise the young Duo. He hopes to end his own life with Duo's magic. His weapons are the Specter Scythe and Skull Scissors.

"To hunt, he wields evil-powered armor and fights with his spirit." Deathscythe gave up his Grim Reaper status to become a parent figure for Duo, and was reborn as a knight with the power of the Gold God. However, he was targeted by the Grim Reapers, and continued to fight, protecting Duo.

Deathscythe's giant transformation has also evolved. His special moves include the murky "Whirlwind Scythe Live Harvest" and the "Magic Shield Soul Eater," which uses a sickle-like jaw extending from his shield to hunt for evil hearts.
