It is said to have been created in imitation of Zeus, the chief god of the mythological world, but like the OVA version, its design is close to that of the original manga. Its overall length and weight are also greater than those of previous works. However, it is equipped with very little armament, and no modifications have been made to the machine itself.

Another notable feature is the appearance of two types of Scranders.

While it ultimately succeeds in defeating Dr. Hell, it is destroyed immediately afterwards by a blow from the Dark General, who was resurrected through Baron Ashura's blood ritual.
