It's a giant robot built by the United Nations Security Forces to combat the Heterodyne... but when the Heterodyne itself never appeared, the Heterodyne countermeasures business was privatized and came under the ownership of 21st Century Security Services Co., Ltd., a semi-public company established with the Security Forces as its majority shareholder.

For nearly 10 years after its construction, it was only used as a mascot for 21st Century Security Services' public relations activities, and was disliked by the company as a money-eating pit. However, after more than 10 years, the Heterodyne reappeared, and the situation changed completely, and it began to be used for its intended purpose. As a security company, they must protect these things, as any damage to their customers' properties would mean they would have to pay large penalty fees.

When it comes to this mecha, it's often talked about for its incredibly low specs (even worse than Boss Borot) that are unbecoming of a protagonist mecha, such as "armor that dents easily just by walking or being grabbed," "low durability that causes arms to tear off," "extremely sluggish," "lacks power," "runs out of energy quickly," "requires a transport plane, assembly personnel, and assembly equipment to move around," and "(since it's a walking billboard) is completely empty inside."

This is the result of its armor and power being detuned when it fell into the aforementioned money-eating pit described above; from episode 3 onwards, its armor was replaced, making it much better. Other functions are also improved with each episode. At the start of the story, it was barely able to walk, but by the end, the cockpit interior is different from its original form, and it can be separated and combined. This growth process is also one of the mecha's highlights.
