The two generations before the Hamill family secretly gathered scientists who had been persecuted under the rule of the Muge Empire to design this one-off machine, and it was more the product of a wealthy man's hobby than a weapon. Its design placed emphasis on appearance, and it is modeled after a woman's form. Production arrangements were made by Lawrence, the Hamill family butler, and the billionaire Haran Banjo.

Its armament is specialized for close-quarters combat, and its attack methods are reminiscent of an angel.

Furthermore, the Swimurg is not complete on its own, and is equipped with a combination mechanism that allows it to combine with Elbrus, which is currently piloted by Aisha, the daughter of the Ridgemond family, a prestigious family in conflict with the Hamill family. When Elbrus combines with the Swimurg's back, it becomes the "Swimurg Splendid." It is only in this form that the Swimurg's true combat capabilities are revealed.
