This so-called replica was created over a period of three months by the universal machine tool Billverbind, using data of Organ's own solid armor, which Organ, a member of the Ivaluder, continued to send to Earth while on the run until his death, unaware of the fact.
Its performance and appearance are largely identical to that of Archetype Organ himself, the subject of the data sent, but due to the limitations of Earth's technology, there are some aspects that could not be perfectly reproduced, such as the propulsion power being detuned from that capable of intergalactic cruising to that sufficient for combat maneuvering within planetary airspace, and the limited operating time due to a lack of energy (probably because the antimatter furnace, its main power source, is itself an imperfect replica).
There are depictions that suggest Organ's own will has also been replicated, such as it being able to act autonomously, albeit with limited mobility, appearing alone below Tomoru, and Tomoru recognizing it as Organ when linked to it.
Also, unlike the Archetype Organ, its operation is entirely dependent on the will and life force of the linked Tomoru (it uses an electric battery to support its operation, and is depicted as being charged in the OVA and novel), allowing it to function even after losing its antimatter furnace.
To link with an Organ, Tomoru, who has a natural human body, must first break down his body into elementary particles and then fuse with the Organ. To revert, the process must be reversed, making repeated linking life-threatening (this setting is actually based on the Tech Set limit in the original Tekkaman). Michi Kanzaki explains:
Immediately after defeating Zoa, it counteracted Zoma's antimatter cannon with a Grand Crus Attack, ceasing its function, and falling to Earth in a partially destroyed state (the novel states that the power of the last battery was used to launch Tomoru back).
