A giant combat robot, different from the slave beasts, operated by Garuda.

It was discovered while under development by Garuda, who learned of its true identity, and completed it, engaging in a final deadly battle with its nemesis, Combattler V.

It was apparently originally created by Oleana during the development of the Garuda series of androids, and its appearance somewhat resembles Garuda. For this reason, while the android Garudas are numbers 1 to 16 (the Garuda with which the Combattler team fought a deadly battle in the film is number 16 when the other 15 discarded ones are added), this robot can be called "Garuda No. 0." For some reason, it was abandoned in the Earth Invasion Base factory during development, but Garuda personally modified it and completed it.
