A modified version of the female water-based machina Nors. The card description in OG Crusade reads, "Monica and Senia modified the Norusu, the first unit in the machina project. Its armament and repair functions have been strengthened. Note that "Rei" means "modified" in Langran language." Although its weight has increased, its overall height is about 4 meters lower than before the modification. The details of how it was modified remained unknown for a long time, but were finally revealed in DP.
