A female researcher affiliated with Pale Corporation. A junior researcher from Prospera's time in Vanadis, she is nicknamed "Bell" by Prospera. In her youth, she aspired to work in medical engineering using GUND, but after the Vanadis Incident, she was forced to join Pale Corporation to make a living. She is involved in the development of enhanced humans and Phalacts, using her augmented neuroscience theory, which was rejected by Kald. While she is heartbroken by the sight of the enhanced humans being treated like experimental animals, she is also criticized by No. 5 and Nika for using GUND's ideals as an excuse, and is tormented by Prospera's warnings about her curse and fate as a "witch."
