One of the 12 gods that appeared in "SD Gundam Ultimate Battle". He is also the oldest of the 12 gods. He believes in the balance between good and evil.

He created the world before Suda Doaka and created the Dragon User clan. When he handed his world over to the Golden God, he held a Versal War to decide which pilot would fuse with the Golden God.

When he met the Dragner Sieg Gundam, a descendant of the Dragon User clan and the later founder of the Thunder Sword, in the Mobius Galaxy, he bestowed upon him a platinum halberd.

Its appearance closely resembles the later Dragon Machine Dragoon, and the Dragon Machine was created in imitation of the Duel Kaiser.

The overall design motif is the V2 Assault Buster Gundam, which is reminiscent of the connection to the motif of those related to the Thunder Sword and Storm Sword.
