Similar to the real Elan, he has been noted by the CEOs of Peil Technologies to have a rather twisted personality as he attempts to seduce Suletta and manipulate her into believe that Miorine doesn't care for her. Suletta is quick to make note that he acts far differently than his previous counterpart without even knowing they are two different people to which he states he changed because of her.

To the end of seducing Suletta, he was made privy to some details about his previous counterpart; he knows that he was a taciturn individual who had meaningfully bonded with the Mercurian in his last moments.

In addition to having accepted becoming an Enhanced Person just to stay alive, he refused to raise his Permet score when fighting Norea Du Noc due to the mortal risk. Furthermore, after failing to steal the Aerial, he flees Peil House entirely, choosing to take refuge with Norea and Nika Nanaura.
