Secelia is a member of the Dueling Committee who known for making sarcastic and snide remarks to other students. She enjoys getting a rise out of others and flaunting her position on the Committee, and she holds very little respect for others she views as beneath her. She also revels in gossiping and learning about other people's failings and secrets, which she even uses as leverage to blackmail others into doing her bidding.

While she mostly follows gossip for her own amusement, she is observant about the broader mechanics and political stakes surrounding the school and larger conflicts. She is also willing to offer genuine personal advice to others on rare occasions.

Despite her snide remarks, Secelia still feels a sense of duty to the school and her role in the Dueling Committee, as she helps to run many of its events. In crisis situations, she takes charge to both coordinate the safety of the other students and offers Burion's own machines for support when needed.

Secilia works closely with Rouji Chante, who is one of the few people she does not tease, and she even stands up for him when others make him uncomfortable.
