A "suspicious man" with a shaved head and a suit who secretly monitors Sharivan's actions. He can move around as a balloon-like sphere.

His true identity is an alter-ego of the Demon King Psycho. Unlike Psycho, who sits on his throne, he can move around freely. His weapons are two sabers.

He shares his life with Psycho, and even if one of them is defeated, the other immediately gives him energy and revives him, so he will never die unless they are both defeated at the same time. He has high combat abilities, such as repelling all of Raider's attacks, who had once defeated Psycho, and killing Raider.

In the final battle, he confronted Sharivan and Gavan with Psycho, overwhelming them from start to finish, but the electricity in his artificial brain was absorbed by the Iga Crystal, and he was weakened by Gavan's Gavan Dynamic, and died along with Psycho, who had also been hit by the Sharivan Crush.

His human form was a character that appeared from the beginning of the story, but it was not determined whether he was an enemy or ally until the end.
