The leader of the Madou. Covered in golden armor, he holds a sai-shaped weapon in each hand, and sits like a Buddha on a throne in the center of the hall at the heart of Genmu Castle.

He issues orders in a husky, monotone voice, and usually shows no emotion, with a cold, expressionless face, but occasionally his eyes light up, his fangs bared, and he roars, "Roar!"

He possesses fearsomely powerful telekinetic powers, and can use the giant, spherical electronic brains around him to amplify his psychic powers and generate illusions and high-voltage currents, as well as emit powerful destructive rays from his eyes. Furthermore, he shares his life with his alter-ego, the warrior Psycholar, described below, and even if one of them is defeated, the other immediately provides energy to revive him, so he will never die unless both Psycholar and Psycholar are defeated at the same time.
