A military tactician who claims to be from the spirit world. He suddenly appears in Genmu Castle in the second half of the story and offers to cooperate with Madou. Demon King Psycho recognizes his abilities and makes him Madou's commander.

He has strong psychic powers and can generate ectoplasm and illusions, thoroughly tormenting Sharivan. Although he has a will, his body has become a spirit, so direct attacks are ineffective. His head and torso can be separated, allowing him to possess others. When he first appeared, he possessed General Gailler.

His true goal was to eliminate Demon King Psycho and take over Madou, and to that end, he worked behind the scenes, such as manipulating General Gailler, who was an obstacle, to be removed from the front line. He then confronted Demon King Psycho, forcing his artificial intelligence to stop functioning and rendering Psycho inactive, but Psycho's alter ego, Umibozu = Warrior Psycholar, appeared immediately afterwards and revived Psycho, who was then killed after all of his attacks were deflected by Psycholar.
