After the computer selection picked five potential people, Futoshi as one of them is called by Daisuke when he is working in a zoo. As he feeds a girrafe on a stair, Daisuke calls his name 'Kijima', which startles him to fall from the stair. Then, he is brought to Future Science Laboratory located under a theme park near Korakuen Stadium. Inside the laboratory, he and others meet Dr. Hideki Hongo, who is injured of the Burg Wolf incident. As the Goggle-V team formed, they get their own Goggle Braces. Dr. Hongo calls Futoshi as GoggleYellow, with the power of opal and Mu (Lemuria).

When Seashell Mozoo and several Spotmen are attacking the city, Goggle-V comes and fight them. GoggleYellow uses his signature weapon, Yellow Ball to defeat the Spotmen. Goggle-V then use ribbons in respective colours given by Goggle Pink to shock Seashell Mozoo. Without giving the Mozoo chance to attack, they finish it with Goggle Victory Flash.

After Fan Kong is summoned (with the revived Seashell Mozoo as the pilot), Goggle Caesar is summoned. Daisuke orders GoggleYellow to pilot Goggle Dump. Using Chikyu Gattai Goggle Robo, they succesfully defeat Fan Kong by splitting it into two.
