After the computer selection picked five potential people, Saburou as one of them is called by Haruo when he is playing ice hockey. He is brought to Future Science Laboratory located under a theme park near Korakuen Stadium. Inside the laboratory, he and others meet Dr. Hideki Hongo, who is injured of the Burg Wolf incident. As the Goggle-V team formed, they get their own Goggle Braces. Dr. Hongo calls Saburou as GoggleBlue, with the power of sapphire and ancient Egypt.

When Seashell Mozoo and several Spotmen are attacking the city, Goggle-V comes and fight them. GoggleBlue uses his signature weapon, Blue Ring to defeat the Spotmen. Goggle-V then use ribbons in respective colours given by Goggle Pink to shock Seashell Mozoo. Without giving the Mozoo chance to attack, they finish it with Goggle Victory Flash.

After Fan Kong is summoned (with the revived Seashell Mozoo as the pilot), Goggle Caesar is summoned. Haruo orders GoggleBlue to pilot Goggle Tank. Using Chikyu Gattai Goggle Robo, they succesfully defeat Fan Kong by splitting it into two.
