When discovering Burg Wolf castle in Germany, Kenichi finds Dr. Hideki Hongo was attacked by some Spotmen. Kenichi fights and destroys many of them before the rest flee away.

After Kenichi and Dr. Hongo survive from the exploded Burg Wolf, Dr. Hongo brings Kenichi to Future Science Laboratory. As the Goggle-V team formed, they get their own Goggle Braces. Dr. Hongo calls Kenichi as GoggleRed, with the power of ruby and Atlantis.

When Seashell Mozoo and several Spotmen are attacking the city, Goggle-V comes and fight them. GoggleRed uses his signature weapon, Red Rope to defeat the Spotmen. Goggle-V then use ribbons in respective colours given by Goggle Pink to shock Seashell Mozoo. Without giving the Mozoo chance to attack, they finish it with Goggle Victory Flash.

After Fan Kong is summoned (with the revived Seashell Mozoo as the pilot), Goggle Caesar is summoned. Tatsuya orders GoggleRed to pilot Goggle Jet. Using Chikyu Gattai Goggle Robo, they succesfully defeat Fan Kong by splitting it into two.
