Zishu, one of the twelve zodiac animals, is the first of the Earthly Branches. Mice are small, agile, and versatile, with the strongest courage and most frequent activities during their infancy.

The twelve zodiac animals are as high as the Zishu. This series was first launched in 2019 by Kunio Ohihara, known as the "Father of Super Gundam", who personally designed a gift for Chinese Gundam fans on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the Mobile Suit Gundam series. He integrated Gundam body and zodiac elements to create a gift for Gundam fans in China. The newly launched Chinese Zodiac Gundam Rat is another masterpiece after the release of the Chinese Zodiac Gundam Haizhu in 2019. It was first released on May 22, 2020 at Bandai Namco Entertainment flagship store.
