He is a student of Bakusan Sensei and is in the same year as Kisou. He trains hard to become stronger, but his temper and pride often result in him spinning his wheels. One time, when Bakuzan Sensei used Funjinmaru as a can opener, he became enraged and attacked him, but was fighted in return. He has mastered special moves such as the Falling Rock One-Strike Blade.
