In contrast to Haganemaru, he transforms into the land-based Musha Oomega Tank. In the battle with the Hyakki Yakou-shu, the Kongo Bakushinmaru is unable to return from its Kongo Bakushinmaru form due to a permanent refueling device, and his uncontrollable body is used by the Hyakki Yakou-shu for their destructive activities. For this reason, he is feared by the people of Tenmyou as the "Akaoni of Hagane".
