He is a graduate of the 144th class of Zaku Unsai's ninja training school, and is in the same year as Reppa. He is a dropout ninja with a decent level of ability but a twisted personality, who has been ordered by Zaku Unsai to go on an indefinite training journey. He has many variations of his deadly weapon called the flower windmill, and seems to use different ones depending on his mood. He accompanies Reppa, whom he regards as his older brother, on his journey to the Anaheim Mountain, but is not of much use.
