Gekkou came to summon F91 and Ryuusei by order of Goten, and as Reppa Gundam, he fights the New Dark Army and heads for Anaheim Mountain, where a secret lies. He is a graduate of the 144th class of the legendary ninja Zaku Unsai's ninja training school, and is skilled in using a variety of weapons, combining guns and swords. He is calm and collected, and plays the role of a tactician, but he has a low tolerance for alcohol and will bluntly say things that bother others.
