Super Supreme Version is the Version Up form of Gaia Supreme Version formed through his fusion with Agul Supreme Version after Gaia received Agul's light.

The form debuted in the first stage show held at Ultra Heroes EXPO 2023 Summer Festival to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Ultraman Gaia, and later appears alongside Trigger and Decker in the second stage show.

As the decisive battle unfolds, Gamu/Gaia Supreme Version struggles against Satan Bizor. Fujimiya/Agul Supreme Version assists him, and he responds to Gamu's determination by sending light from the Agulater. Gamu and Fujimiya then call out the names of their Ultraman alter egos and join forces to become Gaia Super Supreme Version, who makes easy work of Satan Bizor and destroys the kaiju with his finisher.

Alternatively, in TDG THE LIVE: Ultraman Gaia STAGE 1, rather than receiving Agul's light again, Gamu/Gaia had the idea to fuse after witnessing Ginga and Victory fuse into Ultraman Gingavictory as a symbol of their bond, and were able to do so after being re-energized by the audience's light.
