Ultraman Shadow is an anti-Ultraman Zearth robot made by Lady-Benzene. In contrast to Zearth's coloration - red and white, with yellow eyes - Shadow is painted black and yellow, has red eyes, pointed ears, a yellow Color Timer, and a more prominent head fin. He used his full power against Zearth, but was destroyed in his final battle against his true counterpart.

Several years after Zearth's climactic battle against Shadow, an Alien Zarab managed to steal Shadow's blueprints from Lady-Benzene, using them to build a second example of the robot to fight alongside him against Ultraman Regulos. While this Shadow also fought remarkably well, he too was eventually destroyed, this time by Regulos's Cosmo Beast Style techniques.
