The MS-11 Act Zaku is a Principality of Zeon mass production general-purpose mobile suit introduced in the original design series MS-X. It was later featured in the anime Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam and the mangas Mobile Suit Gundam Side Story: Space, To the End of a Flash and Mobile Suit Gundam: Outer Gundam.

Developed from the MS-06 Zaku II, the MS-11 Act Zaku notably used field motors for its joints, rather than the fluid pulse system used by most Zeon mobile suits. Its joints underwent magnet coating treatment, greatly improving its mobility. Thanks to improved generator output, it was able to use beam weapons, including a custom beam rifle. In addition to improved performance, its productivity was also very high, the development staff having possibly learned from the United Maintenance Plan.

The Act Zaku was armed with a host of custom weapons, including a custom beam rifle, a four-barrel bullpup gun, and a custom heat hawk. Following the end of the One Year War, the Federation began mass producing the Act Zaku. The Federation-produced units were equipped with a linear seat cockpit, the BR-87A Beam Rifle used by the RMS-106 Hizack, as well as a pair of beam sabers.
