Based on the Halfbeak-class battleship, this ship was categorized as an armored cruiser and owned by JPT Trust, a subsidiary of Teiwaz. Its name and color scheme reflected the personal preferences of Jasley Donomikols, the leader and executive director of JPT Trust. This heavily armored ship had significantly enhanced armor on the bow and bridge compared to the original Halfbeak-class, but this came at the cost of its bridge being unable to retract. The bow of the ship was also greatly lengthened and the carried mobile suits launched from a rear facing hatch at the bottom of the ship. It was armed only with four twin-barreled anti-aircraft guns and unknown number of missile launchers, lacking the main guns of the Halfbeak-class. Jasley's use of a modified Halfbeak-class, compared to the older armored assault ships used by Teiwaz's other subsidiaries, shows his power as the organization's second in command.
