The Phoenix Gundam, having unleashed its true power. Its already high performance has been boosted even further. With its Nanoskin Armor operating nominally to perform self-repairs on damaged areas, it is now capable of unassisted combat for long periods of time.

It can also use the Burning Fire attack, in which it transforms into Bird Mode, coating itself with liquid metal that spouts from the base of its binders, and charges at the target as a ball of energy. It has regained all of its originally high-offensive capabilities.

Its name of Phoenix comes from how it looks when performing the Burning Fire attack.
