The GNR-010/XN XN Raiser is an upgrade plan of the GNR-010 0 Raiser, and can similarly combine with the GN-0000 00 Gundam. The original purpose of this combination was to allow XN Raiser to receive GN Particle supply from 00 Gundam's GN Drives, but engaging in combat using this combined form known as "GN-0000+GNR-010/XN 00 XN Raiser" was also anticipated. Unlike the GN-0000+GNR-010 00 Raiser, the combined form of 0 Raiser and 00 Gundam, where the 0 Raiser split into three parts for attachment to the GN Drives and the back of the Gundam, the 00 XN Raiser simply has the entire XN Raiser attached to the Gundam's back in a folded state.

The signature weapon of the XN Raiser is a pair of protruding, large physical swords named "GN Buster Sword III". Not only can the 00 XN Raiser dual wield the swords, it can also combine them into a single giant sword. Another unique feature of the XN Raiser is a pair of sub arms attached to its side binders for carrying and even using the portable weapons of a Gundam. The 00 XN Raiser can deploy these sub arms as a second pair of arms, enabling it to adopt an unconventional fighting style using four arms.
