The basic fighting style of the Arios Gundam GNHW/M is to destroy the enemies in its way with its powerful GN Cannon, then charged into the center of the enemy forces and confused them by randomly firing the GN Missiles from the pair of GN Missile Containers. This would create a favorable combat environment for the other Gundams that arrived after the Arios Gundam GNHW/M. Both the Arios Gundam GNHW/M's GN Cannon and the GN Missile Containers are usable in MS Form and Flight Form, while the GN Beam Rifle is a dedicated weapon for use in Flight Form. Like the Arios Gundam, the Arios Gundam GNHW/M's weaponry, thrust, and mobility in Flight Form are enhanced when it docked with the GN Archer's Flight Form to form the Archer Arios.
