The GN-0000+GNR-010 00 Raiser is the combined form of the GN-0000 00 Gundam and the GNR-010 0 Raiser support machine. This combination enabled stable and full operation of the 00 Gundam's Twin Drive System, resulting in the performance of the 00 Raiser to exceed all expectations. However, following the awakening of its pilot, Setsuna F. Seiei, into a true Innovator, even the 00 Raiser could not keep with his abilities. Furthermore, the 00 Raiser was badly damaged during the final battle against the Innovades who falsely claimed to be Innovators and lost both of its GN Drives, so the Celestial Being began development of a new mobile suit, the GNT-0000 00 Qan[T], for Setsuna. Since the completion of this new machine required a large amount of time, a refurbished version of the 00 Raiser known as "GN-0000RE+GNR-010 00 Raiser GN Condenser Type" was deployed as one of the temporary machines for Setsuna's use.
