A remodeled version the of MBF-P01-Re2AMATU Gundam Astray Gold Frame Amatsu Mina when Rondo Mina Sahaku transfers it to the next head of the Sahaku family. It was named "Hana" after Kazahana Azure, who was chosen as Mina's successor. In terms of appearance, the black parts of Amatsu Mina has been changed to white, and the color scheme is restored to the colors of the original MBF-P01 Gundam Astray Gold Frame. While Kazahana may have been chosen as the successor, due to her poor piloting skills, Lath Winslet, another candidate for the successor role, served as the main pilot, and Kazahana became the sub-pilot. Because of this, the cockpit became a double-seat type.

This unit was first deployed after Kazahana Azure was crowned "Princess of the Sky". It sparred against MBF-P03D Gundam Astray Blue Frame D in order to test Lath Winslet and Kazahana's abilities.

During the transportation of the Rare Metal from PLANT by Fairness Zweigle, the transport fleet was attacked by Dante Gordigiani and Elsa Weiss and the unit was damage from protecting MHF-01 Lord Astray. It was then repaired by Fairness into MBF-P01-Re3〈AMATERASU〉Gundam Astray Gold Frame Amaterasu.
