The Dopp is the Principality of Zeon's only atmospheric fighter aircraft during the One Year War. It appeared in the anime series Mobile Suit Gundam and Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team. Notable pilots include Garma Zabi and Norris Packard.

The Dopp was an atmospheric fighter by Zeon for invasions on Earth. It was said that Zeon engineers, due to living on space colonies, did not have the knowledge to develop atmospheric aircraft or a place to test them, so the Dopp was designed using computer simulations. As a result, the first four prototypes crashed when tested on Earth. Because it had very poor aerodynamics, the Dopp forcibly achieved flight via a large thrust engine and a large number of attitude control verniers. It had high mobility and a maximum speed of Mach 5 but poor range. As a result, it was often carried in the Gaw. The Dopp was designed for combat in dispersed Minovsky particles, so the cockpit was situated above the rest of the aircraft to give the pilot a large field of view. The Dopp can remain airborne even if a wing is severely damaged, as seen when the RX-78-2 Gundam cut off a wing from Garma Zabi's Dopp.
