The F90H Gundam F90 Hover Type is one of the many mission packs developed for the F90 Gundam F90 by the Strategic Naval Research Institute. The F90 Hover Type enhances the F90's ground combat capabilities. Based on the same concept as the MS-09B Dom from the One Year War, the F90 Hover Type was designed for rapid hit-and-run attacks. Its hovering system is powered by an additional reactor located in the backpack. At 1G, its maximum hovering speed is 480 km per hour, twice the speed of the Dom. However, being a miniaturized mobile suit, the amount of propellant it can carry is limited, so it can only hover for around four hours.
