A great hero who won the battle against the overlord Xiang Yu and unified Sanrisa about 400 years ago. He is said to be the incarnation of the red dragon, and legend has it that Liu Bang's fighting spirit was like that of a crimson dragon attacking the sky. The soul appears to exist within the Dragon Emperor Sword and appears in response to Xiang Yu's appearance.

The design is a Ryusou Liu Bei Gundam with a Turn A Gundam style golden mask attached, and 400 years ago it had a golden breastplate and a mask with a partially different shape. The weapon appears to be the same as the Liu Bei Gundam.
