Appears in "BBW Genesis." A general belonging to the Luoyang Southern Public Security Force, he is both a close friend and rival of Cao Cao. In contrast to the hot-tempered Cao Cao, he has a calm and composed personality. Although his abilities do not match Cao Cao's, his belief in compassion for the weak is second to none.

He is arrested on suspicion of illegally distributing smuggled salt due to a scheme by the Ten Eunuchs who sought to crush the rebellious forces such as the Public Security Force. After explaining "what he must do" to Cao Cao, who rushed to his aid, he is taken to the Luoyang Palace and executed by beheading.
