Splendid leopard of the cerulean waves. Appears in the side story. Bachou's cousin who disappeared when Ryoushuu is overran by Giga. Being from a horse-riding race, he excels at commanding a cavalry.

Before the Red Cliff battle, he crossed Keishuu in order to assasinate Sousou . The assasination failed but Kouseki, who is after the Sousou Troops appeared and assisted him to escape.

The model kit is a remold of BB Senshi No.205 Musha Blue Gundam, based on the Blue Destiny unit (a Blue Destiny Unit 2 to complement Bachou's Blue Destiny Unit 1 motif).
