This is a labor for underwater work manufactured at the Hishikawajima Shipbuilding Kure Factory. In the first movie, it was named "Yuunami" (model number: M135).

Mainly used by the Japan Coast Guard, two are installed on each HL-class patrol boat and used for ship rescue operations. Designed with an emphasis on investigation and surveying rather than work, it is not very maneuverable, but it is popular with users due to its excellent habitability and safety, and shares the market share with Sea Dog (although it is a very expensive machine, it is only used by surveying companies in the private sector, so it cannot be said to be very widespread"). Unlike other labors, it uses universal joints for its joints, and in order to enable long-term underwater work, air tanks can be added both internally and externally. The safe depth limit is 50m.

The machine that appeared in the TV version was repaired by the Special Vehicles Section 2 Maintenance Team after being scrapped by the Japan Coast Guard, and the headlight was modified to an external speaker during the repair.
