She is a pacifist who tries to minimize the use of force on duty, but depending on the situation, she can also show belligerence. Noa is somewhat impulsive, albeit not nearly as much as Ohta. Aside from her excessive affection for Ingram Unit 1, she is a relatively common-sense person among the members of the 2nd Division. She has a close relationship with her partner, Asuma Shinohara, but she doesn't seem to be aware of her romantic feelings. Noa is arguably the best pilot in Division 2, although both Clancy and Kumagami have shown extreme talent as well but seldom pilot. She has a natural affinity for labors like pets and named her personal Ingram unit "Alphonse", a name previously held by a pet dog and a pet cat. As the main character of the action, she gets 110% out of the labors much to the amazement of her colleagues.
