It requires a pilot, and when the creatures of that world have evolved sufficiently, they are controlled by a representative creature. It is said that if Gunrex fights against the other automated sacred machine soldier and wins, the world will be entrusted to that creature, but if Gunrex loses, all living things will be destroyed.
