He is the Minister of the Right who serves the Kuromajin together with Ryushou, and is the commander of the Darkness Army. The Darkness Army is divided into a lightning strike corps and a mobile bombardment corps, but rather than each unit commanding their own unit, the two of them command the entire Darkness Army together. He challenges the Gundam Three warriors together with Bushou, but is defeated and loses his life. When he is revived by the power of darkness, he also gains the ability to transform and combine with Ryushou. He boasts strong legs known as the "Hishou's Great Legs," and in contrast to Ryushou, who excels in aerial combat, he displays overwhelming mobility in ground combat. He is skilled in using two swords called the Flying Double Swords.
